Caltech Aeronautics Professor Says We're Putting Boards on Our Cars All Wrong
To determine the best way to put a surfboard on a roof rack, surfing website The Inertia reached out to Caltech's Paul Dimotakis, who said that the most aerodynamically sound way to do so would be to have the fin to the back, and the tip at the front pointed down.
